Additional variable for excessEdit

Excess TP is stored in another variable (possibly calculated by difference between max and current, but just to get a picture), and possibly displayed to the user. The most reasonable alt to use this with would be 3, as it would take care of the TP reductions.

So a character can have 200 TP, which is bad, but when they get to 0 they manage to exceed it with about 50, which is displayed to the user differently as they're taking their turn in the act list, and then that is subtracted after the ability cost is added.
